“The rooms are really generous and large. Price of great for what you get. The breakfast is good but they stop refilling at 8:30, so after that time you are fighting for toaster leavin's, but for is otherwise good. ”

“Horrible experience. Worst experience in a hotel. Booked our reservation 2 months in advance and showed up 3 house after check in and room was not ready and had to wait for 1 hour after driving 9 hours with young children. Staff blew off the situation and when escalated to the manager Mark he threatened to kick us out of the facility for simply bringing up the issue. First review I’ve left but this hotel and staff are horrible. Would not recommend and will never stay at this facility again. ”

“This Tru by Hilton, as all Tru Hotels we have stayed at, is excellent. This stay however I accidentally booked an accessible room. Room location was on the first floor and very close to everything. It was quite noisy. I usually request and receive a room on an upper floor. ”
